Shipping policy

SHIPPING & POLICIES

At Aqua Training Bag, we do our best to ship most orders within 1-2 days, Monday through Friday.

Larger orders take more time to fulfill. Please expect up to 5 business days for shipping. Additionally, orders with mounting equipment may take more time to fulfill as our team needs time to properly assemble your order.

Shipping cost and timescale will be calculated at checkout for US & International Orders.

Whilst we try to provide the most accurate shipping cost at checkout, shipping costs may be subject to change at our discretion once packed due to the ongoing volatility of shipping costs.

The estimated ship date at checkout includes additional handling time for your order. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Customs & Taxes
International customers will be responsible for any local taxes or duties due upon import, paid directly to the courier. All fees are not included in your order or shipment total. These fees must be paid to your local customs office.

Aqua Training Bag will not offer any refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If any fees are not paid to your local customs office, the package will be returned to the Aqua Training Bag HQ at the customer's expense. The customs charges and fees are not refundable upon the return of any and all items.

Stolen Parcels

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure shipping address for your package to be delivered. Aqua Training Bag is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the address that is provided on the order.

Damaged Parcels

Aqua Training Bag is not liable for any damages sustained to packages once they are successfully delivered to the address provided on the order.
